We bought it because we prefer flat surface instead of bed slats but just within 3 months these developed sags. When checked it was literally cardboard base with cloth on top. Very poor support and communication from seller. Do not bother to buy this, you will have back pain

This has numerous scratches & flaws, which are clearly visible, even through the packaging. Velvet is far from ‘plus’. There was no point in even unwrapping it. Hope I don’t have problems getting it collected & refunded, not feeling confident!!!

It’s a good bed but when lifting the bed to access inside it keeps getting caught on the headboard as it sticks out slightly and you have to pull on the ottoman part to the side in order to lift it up fully. Other than that a really good and solid bed, headboard is really pretty and easy to assemble
