I spent ages searching for an otterman bed that was sturdy and would last and I tell you now these are that bed! So to add to make it more clear from other reviews they come and are delivered to a room of choice come pre made in there halved already so you just bolt together. The bolts are in the bed in oneside you'll hear it rolling around in one side - you need to pop that one open to get it and then put something on top to then keep it back down to add the mattress. Honestly can't rave about the quality of these amazing.

We were let down after waiting 2 weeks with a big retailer, found and ordered this bed and it was delivered 3 days later. Came assembled (we just needed to fit the feet) in good protective packaging. Easy to lift when the mattress is on and plenty of storage.

Easy to put together only disadvantage is the screws and everything is in the bed base, and once opened very hand to put legs on the bed base we had to staple shut to keep base closed. But other then that it was good customer service fast response

I've updated my review. We've owned this bed 3 years and it is a piece of ****. We had a £1400 mattress on it that over the past 1st year slowly developed a hump in the middle and had been the most uncomfortable bed ever causing back problems. To the point we bought a new mattress, but the same thing happened again. My husband has taken the bed apart as when you run your hand over the top of the base, it is humped in several places. My hubby has opened up the bed and to our horror, it is made with thin wood poorly put together and the top of the base is actually cardboard not wood. We've put a solid base on it and put more wooden slatted supports on it, but for the £389 we paid for this, we've been ripped off big time. This wood is of poor quality and is made of cardboard. I would urge anyone looking at this, DO NOT buy this, do your research first. I'm so upset at the money cost this bed has cost us and the actual physical pain it has caused us.
