As no instructions still have 2 white plastic parts totally unsure , where they fit. Item was flimsyer than expected, a day late arriving, even though I checked on the original date of arrival via tracking system, and it said would arrive on the 10th october by 8.00pm, I then had a text message later that day saying that it would now arrive on the 11th oct. Apparently the driver was supposed to call 15 to 30 minutes prior no call just arrived. Told me that if we needed him to put the bed together it would be £50 when I ordered on Amazon it stated it would cost £30 to assemble the bed. So not a very good day.

Despite me being told i would have delivery within 14 days (i checked prior to ordering as i live rurally) the order took over 5 weeks to arrive. This is not my main problem, my issue was the severe lack of communication from the seller. I had to sent countless messages constantly chasing for updates. I felt completely disregarded as a customer as soon as my money was taken. Further to that the bed is the most flimsy piece of furniture i have ever seen. It is literally an mdf box with badly stitched fabric over it. Its smaller than it claims to be by about an inch which means my mattress hangs off the end. It comes with all sorts of clips and screws etc and no instructions whatsoever. I appreciate that its simple enough to put a divan base together but you question yourself when youre left with multiple pieces and no idea what to do with them. The fabric hasnt even been fitted properly just wrapped around and stapled as i had to pierce holes in it to attach the headboard. For the price i wasnt expecting luxury quality at all but ill be surprised if it lasts a month without splitting, it also arrived damaged (wood split on one part of base) but i have lost the will to deal with this company so i will cut my losses and advise anyone else to avoid.
